accommodating staff stocked room lovely pho dark alley tiny room weak air conditioning
The staff were so accommodating. They assisted with luggage. Rosa kept my room stocked with bottled water. Peter prepared a lovely bowl of pho. I enjoyed it very much.
The entrance was far down a dark alley, though the location was central. My room was tiny with barely enough space to walk around. The air conditioning barely worked. The room never cooled properly.

helpful staff pressured shower great location
The location allowed me to walk to most attractions. The staff proved friendly and helpful . My room included a mini bar and a great pressured shower, which I found very useful. Checkout at noon suited me very well.

really good staff pleasant area small room loud air conditioning
The location is very central. Everything felt within easy reach. The staff exhibited really good attentiveness and kindness throughout my stay. The breakfast included many options. I found the dining area pleasant.
My room was quite small. It lacked a window. The air conditioning unit was rather loud. There was some difficulty locating the hotel initially. It is tucked away in an alley.

The staff was helpful, especially with directions! the location was convenient. I easily walked to nearby attractions and markets. i was also pleased with the room's cleanliness. It was super clean upon arrival and maintained daily .
the alleyway leading to the hotel was a bit difficult to find initially.

The hotel featured blackout curtains in the room. This was useful for ensuring a dark sleep environment. cool air conditioning was definitely a plus after spending time outside. hot water was always available, which i found very convenient.

Breakfast options were varied. I tried both local cuisine and north american dishes. i especially appreciated the pho option, a savory vietnamese noodle soup. the restaurant staff was attentive to my requests. They always asked if i needed anything more.

convenient location attentive staff breakfast variety small room street noise unstable wifi
i appreciated the convenient location. it was easy to access various attractions from there. the staff were very attentive and helpful with any requests i had. breakfast was quite good and had a variety of options.
the room size was smaller than i expected. the soundproofing wasn't great and i could hear street noise. the wifi connection was unstable at times (this was a slight annoyance).

The hotel location is great. It is on a quiet backstreet. It is easy walking distance to sites and the 'backpacker' area. Staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful.
The room was small, I found it hard to move around. There was no room for suitcases. I only had a couple backpacks, it barely fit. Breakfast was simple.
